Cornell's Swimming Day Camp is your key to improving as a swimmer! Here you'll get exposure to swimming techniques and drills used by Division I college swimmers. The Cornell coaching staff will help you develop quality starts and turns for all four strokes.
Please note: this is a competitive camp, and all campers must have the ability to swim all four strokes already.
In addition to swimming, campers will also participate in swimming-related dryland exercises, including daily stretching. Stroke lectures will be delivered by the coaching staff, and campers will be able to participate in discussion on ways to improve swimming outside of the pool (including nutrition, flexibility, sleep habits, strength training and more!).
All campers will receive a T-shirt.
Camp will run from 9:00am-3:00pm.
