Track & field camps are beneficial for all athletes from beginner to elite. This camp teaches both the fundamentals of the sport as well as the most advanced techniques and strategies in all events.
Hurdles, long jump, triple jump, high jump, sprints, pole vault, javelin, discus, shot/hammer.

Top collegiate coaches from around the country along with national caliber athletes direct each session. All campers improve their skills with two activity sessions per day and instructional sessions on general training theory, weight training, plyometrics and fitness circuits.
Presentations are given by the Cornell head coaches and guest coaches from other Universities on training and motivation, in addition to demonstrations by other members of the Cornell coaching and training staff.
All campers will receive a T-shirt.
