Cornell Camps and Clinics COVID-19 Update
Please be assured that Cornell University and Cornell Camps and Clinics are proactively monitoring the spread of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19). Given the uncertainties of this fluid situation, we encourage you to visit the Cornell coronavirus website regularly for updates and information. Additional information and resources are available from the New York State Department of Health’s (NYSDH) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) webpages on (COVID-19)
Given the uncertainty of when normal campus operations will resume, all in-person summer programs or activities, including summer camp programming, that were slated to begin prior to July 12 are canceled. The acceptance of camp registrations will be halted until further notice.
If our ability to host summer camps and clinics beyond this date is effected due to University or Public Health protocol in reference to COVID-19, a full refund for the cost of camps will be issued to all associated registrations. All cancellations based on individual circumstances, including travel restrictions or Level 3 warnings put in place by the NYSDH or CDC, personal COVID-19 illness or quarantine, inability to secure a visa and the suspension of major airline carrier services are subject to a refund less the deposit amount. As always, we encourage registrants to purchase cancellation protection when interested in receiving full camp refunds regardless of circumstance. All cancellations unrelated to COVID-19 are subject to our traditional cancellation and refund policy.
